Construction Updates
Former Town & Country Site
The property formerly known as The Sunnyvale Town & Country was divided and sold to two developers. The southern half (the parcel that directly faces Washington Avenue) was purchased by BRE properties and is currently under construction. Their project, Solstice Apartment Homes, will feature four stories equaling 280 apartments as well as 30,000 retail space on the ground floor. For more information go to: www.breproperties.com
The second parcel was purchased by Carmel Partners who plan to build 130+ rental units along Olson Way (formerly Capella Way) with retail facing South Frances Street and The Plaza del Sol grounds.
